We automatically collect IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referrers, cookies, and server or security logs. This information supports operations, troubleshooting, security, and analytics, and is not used for advertising.

We use information to operate and secure our services, provide quotes, fulfill orders, coordinate deliveries, support customers, and perform analytics for service quality. We do not use personal information for advertising or cross-context targeting.
10. File Retention, Deletion, and No Bailment
Unpaid job files may be retained for up to 7 days; paid job files may be retained for up to 30 days. Files may be deleted sooner if a quote expires, payment is not received, or a chargeback/reversal occurs. We do not provide archival storage unless agreed in writing, and no bailment or custodial relationship is created.
11. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers described above or when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
