If you’ve found a lower price on a comparable commercial print job, use the Dropbox steps below to send us the competing quote and specs. We’ll review it and, when it truly matches the same specifications, we’ll do our best to meet it—without sacrificing quality, turnaround, or reliability.

For fastest review, upload a copy/screenshot of the competing quote and include complete specs.

How It Works

1. Upload the competing quote (PDF or screenshot) plus specs via Dropbox.
2. We verify comparability (size, stock, color, finishing, qty, turnaround, delivery).
3. We send a revised LionStar quote if approved, or explain why we can’t match.

Requests must be submitted before quote approval/payment and before production begins.

Eligibility Requirements

Competing quote must be current, written, verifiable, from a commercial printer, and match: size/trim, stock/coatings, color, finishing/binding, quantity/versioning, turnaround, delivery. Competitor link is not required. Missing details may require follow-up.

Manual review; we may request clarification, documentation, or specification updates.

Approval Terms

• Not guaranteed
• Applies only to the job submitted and only after we issue a revised quote
• Not valid for future orders/reprints/different specs
• We may adjust scope to ensure true equivalency
• We may decline if below sustainable cost or compromises quality/compliance
